Our Vision

About Me

My sports journey began at the age of 13 when I discovered Capoeira. I was immediately captivated by its complexity and diversity. Over the years, I had the opportunity to learn from various teachers and travel abroad to deepen my understanding. This sparked my curiosity about movement and human potential.

Alongside 15 years of Capoeira practice, I began exploring other sports such as Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, acrobatics, and climbing.

What I realized through this experience was that traditional approaches, like bodybuilding, weren’t ideal for preparing for these sports. I needed to focus on taking care of my body, particularly my joints. That’s when I started searching for a method that would allow me to specifically train my joints and mobility, enabling me to perform at my best in the activities I loved.

My Purpose

I realized that many people were in the same situation. They were looking for a training system that would prepare them for the activities they wanted to do: play with their children, go hiking during the holidays, play football or tennis with friends, or simply maintain a functional body.

But traditional fitness wasn’t answering this goal. It often focused on aesthetics or general strength, without considering the specific needs of the body for real-life movements. That’s when I decided to share my knowledge and experience by becoming a coach. I wanted to help others move better, feel better, and perform at their best in everyday activities. I started creating personalized training programs that prioritized mobility, joint health, and functional strength, ensuring that people could not only reach their fitness goals but also live a more active, pain-free life.

I quickly realized that, although I had extensive practical experience from the time I spent training and studying the sports I practiced, I needed a deeper understanding of the human body.
